What the app is

The Roulette Assistant is a roulette simulator for entertainment and strategy practice, operated by Galya OU. It plays with virtual points only: nothing to buy, nothing to win, nothing to cash out. An account is optional and the app works fully without one.

Get help

Email privacy@therouletteassistant.com. It reaches a person, and it is the same address for questions, bug reports, privacy requests and account deletion.

What helps us answer on the first reply:

• Whether you were signed in.
• Your device and the app version.

We answer in English.

Your account and your data

Delete account on the account screen in the app removes your account and the saved files that sync with it. You can also ask us by email from the address you signed in with. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected, what never leaves your device, and what deletion removes.

Responsible play

Play for fun, decide your limits before you start, and stop when it stops being fun. If gambling stops feeling like a game, please reach out to a local support service.

The app is built to be honest about this. No betting system overcomes the house edge, and practising on virtual points is not practice for winning money, because there is no way to win money at roulette in the long run.
